In diesem Jahr habe ich zum 2. Mal ein Auto von dieser Autovermietung (Europa Autorent) benutzt und bin erneut begeistert: von der Verbindlichkeit der Absprachen, von der Flexibilität beim Abholen und Zurückbringen, von der guten Kommunikation mit den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort. Alles perfekt - angefangen von den Mietautos (Zustand und Leistungsfähigkeit), den Abholorten, den Mitarbeitern der Firma und nicht zuletzt bei den Preisen. Ich habe bereits etliche Autovermietungen in Bulgarien und überall in Europa ausprobiert und dies ist bisher die beste für mich!!! Absoluter Lob - gerade weil sie diese Leistung in Bulgarien vollbringen. Nächstes Jahr werde ich garantiert wieder ihre Dienstleistungen erneut nutzen. Viel Erfolg weiterhin!!!

Spent some time in VT not realizing it would be so difficult to hire a car. Then I found Europa Auto Rent. It could not have been any simpler.Filled the forms in on line and paid the amount. We needed a car to use in VT but to be left in central Sofia. This was not a problem. Having took pictures of my passport and drivers licence and emailed them over, I was greeted by Stefan (the owner) outside of the rented apartment in VT. The car had done 170,000 KM but it was in excellent condition and drove very well with plenty of comfort and economy. The service and professionalism from Europa was first class and when I return to VT they will be the first company I will contact for car rental. Thank you Stefan. Great company, great service and great price.
